PlayStation Gift Card Wholesale Terms for B2B Buyers
Last Updated: August 23, 2026
Operational scope (informational): These Terms govern the Services. This page owns commercial and legal responsibility boundaries; the current written quote controls price, stock, availability, settlement, and delivery for an order. For non-contractual process context, see the Procurement Process, Company Verification, and supplier due-diligence pages; those references do not replace or amend these Terms. Have counsel review the Terms for the buyer’s jurisdiction.
Wholesale terms at a glance
- Scope: B2B wholesale PlayStation gift cards only; each SKU must match the account country or region.
- Quote: price, availability, denomination, quantity, delivery, and issue-review terms are confirmed in writing.
- Settlement: USDT only, on the exact network named in the written instruction.
- Delivery: codes are sent in a password-protected encrypted one-time note using the customer's exact email as the password.
- Issue review: preserve order, region, delivery, and exact error evidence; no automatic remedy is implied.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Alpha PSN, a brand operated by ALPHA PLUS LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 03704941, with its registered office at 336 Coleford Road, Darnall, Sheffield, United Kingdom, S9 5PH ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our wholesale PlayStation gift card services, including our website AlphaPSN.ltd and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ALPHA PLUS LIMITED. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Business-to-Business Services
Our Services are exclusively designed for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are a business entity or individual acting in a commercial capacity
- You are legally authorized to conduct business and enter into commercial agreements
- You have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
- You are at least 18 years of age
- Your intended use of our Services is for business purposes, not personal consumption
Alpha PSN does not sell PlayStation gift cards to individual consumers for personal use.
3. Product Description and Ordering
3.1 Product Specifications
We supply wholesale PlayStation Network (PSN) gift cards in quoted denominations for account-specific store countries and regions. Current catalog scope includes:
- United Kingdom (GB)
- United States (US)
- European Union (EU)
- Hungary (HU/HUF)
- India (IN)
- Poland (PL)
- Turkey (TR)
- Ukraine (UA)
- Saudi Arabia (KSA) and United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- France, Germany, and Netherlands-specific EUR catalogs
Availability, denomination, stock status, and price are confirmed in the written quote. A generic EUR line does not establish compatibility with a France, Germany, or Netherlands account. For the compatibility boundary, see PlayStation account-country guidance and voucher redemption guidance; those official rules do not replace the written Alpha PSN quote. Alpha PSN is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
3.2 Minimum Order Requirements
The standard minimum order quantity is 20 cards. A quote may include more than one denomination or store country only when every line is explicitly identified and confirmed in writing. Shared currency does not establish cross-country compatibility, and no unquoted substitution is authorized.
3.3 Order Process
Orders are processed as follows:
- Price List Request: Client requests current pricing information
- Order Placement: Client submits order with specific card types and quantities
- Order Confirmation: We confirm order details and total cost
- Payment: Client completes payment as per agreed terms
- Delivery: After payment confirmation, codes are placed in a password-protected encrypted one-time note; the customer's exact email address is the password and the note opens once
3.4 Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled only before payment confirmation. Once payment is processed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless explicitly stated in Section 7 (Refund Policy).
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Current pricing is available upon request and is valid for the period specified in the price list
- Tiered commercial terms may be reviewed for qualified large orders
- USDT is the only accepted settlement asset; the applicable quote names the network and receiving address
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following settlement method:
- USDT (Tether) only: the written quote specifies the network, receiving address, amount, and transaction-hash confirmation path
4.3 Payment Terms
- Payment is required in full before delivery of gift cards
- Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified in the invoice
- Client is responsible for all transaction fees and currency conversion costs
- USDT transfers are subject to the selected network's confirmation requirements; transfers sent on another network may not be recoverable
5. Delivery and Fulfillment
5.1 Delivery Method
All PlayStation gift cards are delivered digitally through a password-protected encrypted one-time note. The delivery record identifies the order and the recipient email address used for the password.
- A one-time note containing the ordered codes and region/denomination labels
- The customer's exact email address as the note password
- A warning to save the codes during the single open; the note is not a reusable archive or attachment
Do not open the note until the buyer is ready to record the codes. The written quote controls the order-specific delivery target; there is no universal public delivery SLA.
5.2 Delivery Target
There is no universal public delivery SLA. The written quote confirms an order-specific target after the requested region mix, quantity, payment and verification status, product availability, and delivery format are reviewed. Client must not rely on a delivery target that is not included in the applicable written quote or order confirmation.
5.3 Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, Client should confirm receipt and save the codes securely during the single open. Client is responsible for protecting the email account used as the note password and for complying with PlayStation's redemption terms.
6. Product Controls and Issue Review
6.1 Product Controls
PlayStation gift cards supplied through the service are handled through the following documented order controls:
- Handled under documented sourcing controls
- Intended to activate in the designated PlayStation region when used according to PlayStation terms
- Reconciled by quoted store country, denomination, quantity, order reference, and delivery record
- Handled under the issue-review procedure and remedy terms stated for the applicable order
6.2 Activation Review
Alpha PSN does not redeem sellable codes to test them before delivery. The buyer should reconcile delivered quantity, duplicates, store-country labels, and the secure-delivery record before releasing a batch. A reported activation issue is reviewed against the affected code, order reference, account country, timestamp, exact PlayStation error, and the issue terms agreed for that order.
6.3 Region-Lock Notice
Client acknowledges and agrees that PlayStation gift cards are region-locked. Cards designated for one region (e.g., US) will not work on accounts registered in another region (e.g., EU). Alpha PSN is not responsible for activation failures resulting from region mismatch.
6.4 Card Validity Period
Card validity and redemption rules are governed by PlayStation terms for the designated region. Client is responsible for distributing or using cards according to those terms.
7. Refund and Replacement Policy
7.1 Defective Cards
If a gift card is reported as failing to activate for a reason other than user error or region mismatch, Alpha PSN will:
- Review the issue using the agreed support process
- Apply the replacement, credit, refund, or other remedy only when that outcome is confirmed and eligible under the written order terms
The applicable quote or order confirmation states the reporting window and required evidence. If it does not, Client should report the issue promptly after discovery; publication of these Terms does not create an automatic replacement or refund entitlement.
7.2 No Refunds Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the one-time note has been opened and the codes have been exposed. Exceptions may be made only in cases of:
- Significant system failure on our part preventing delivery
- Proven fraud or misrepresentation by Alpha PSN
- Mutual agreement between both parties
7.3 Wrong Order
If the delivered store country, denomination, or quantity differs from the written quote, Client should stop distribution, preserve the delivery record, and report the mismatch within the window stated in the applicable quote or order confirmation. Alpha PSN will review the record and confirm the available correction or remedy in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities and Obligations
8.1 Legal Compliance
Client agrees to:
- Use purchased gift cards only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and PlayStation's terms of service
- Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
- Not resell cards in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited
- Maintain proper business licenses and registrations as required by local law
8.2 Security Obligations
Client must:
- Keep the delivery record, codes, and email account used as the note password secure
- Do not forward or share an unopened note or its password with unauthorized parties
- Implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access
- Immediately notify us of any security breach or unauthorized access
8.3 Account Information
Client must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and ordering. Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Alpha PSN or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Alpha PSN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for the specific order in question
- We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
- We are not responsible for Client's misuse of gift cards or violations of PlayStation's terms of service
- We are not liable for losses resulting from Client's failure to secure the delivery record, codes, or email account used as the one-time note password
11. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alpha PSN, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Client's use or misuse of the Services
- Client's violation of these Terms
- Client's violation of any third-party rights
- Client's violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Client's negligence or willful misconduct
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged during the business relationship, including but not limited to:
- Pricing information and commercial terms
- Business strategies and operations
- Customer data and transaction details
- Technical specifications and delivery methods
This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the business relationship.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by Client
Client may cease using our Services at any time. However, existing orders and payment obligations remain binding.
13.2 Termination by Alpha PSN
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Your actions pose a security risk
- You fail to pay for confirmed orders
- We are required to do so by law
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, Client's right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, indemnification, limitation of liability) will survive.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Negotiation
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations.
14.2 Arbitration
If negotiations fail, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Alpha PSN individually. You waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative action.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Alpha PSN is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics
- War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Network or system failures
- Labor disputes or strikes
- Supplier failures or shortages
The affected party shall promptly notify the other party and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact.
17. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
For significant changes affecting existing orders or agreements, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients via email.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements explicitly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alpha PSN regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
20. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
21. Assignment
Client may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be void.
